PRELUDIO III. Misterioso.

Dedicado a Mario Prisuelos, responsable del estreno de estos preludios en 2012. Arranca este preludio presentando un universo fragmentado en el que cada pequeño cuerpo sonoro parece navegar a la deriva en un inmenso espacio. Paulatinamente se impone un sencillo gesto melódico que dota a este espacio de una inesperada unidad. Este gesto se expande fractalmente a través de todo el registro generando una textura cada vez más densa que finalmente colapsa y se fragmenta de nuevo en pequeñas islas solitarias.

PRELUDE III. Mysterious.

Dedicated to the pianist Mario Prisuelos, who premiered these pieces in 2012. This prelude starts in a fragmented universe where every small sound seems to drift into a huge space. Gradually, a very simple melody gives this space an unexpected unity. The melody expands like a fractal through the entire register generating an increasingly dense texture that finally collapses. Everything is divided again into small and isolated islands .
